Our typical filing date is the 15th of the month if suitable arrangements have not been made.<br>\u00b7 Banking deposits of rent payments collected<br>\u00b7 Monthly status report delivered to your home\/office of payments received<br>\u00b7 Handling of maintenance issues (contacting maintenance vendors and oversight of maintenance activity completion). This is on a 24 x 7 basis for emergency situations.<br>\u00b7 Oversight of upkeep on the premises to insure the tenant keeps the premises in good order.<br>\u00b7 Forwarding of maintenance vendor and advertising invoices as necessary to your home\/office.<br>\u00b7 The handling and resolution of tenant contacts\/reports.
